Sarah Roth, DO
Sarah graduated from medical school in Washington state and did her residency in rural Arizona. In addition to loving the practice of emergency medicine, Sarah is passionate about healthcare provider wellness. She writes a monthly blog and provides coaching services for individuals trying to figure out how to find that balance between investing in themselves and providing excellent patient care.
Prior to entering the field of medicine, Sarah taught yoga and general fitness classes for over five years. She holds a masters degree in mental health counseling. During medical school, Sarah was involved in a variety of on-campus activities and served her class as Wellness Coordinator and Mental Health Advocate.
Sarah continues to combine her expertise in traditional therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and physical health to provide unique and individualized services. Living in Coos Bay, Oregon, she practices finding her own balance between medical excellence and personal wellness. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hanging out with her children, drinking coffee, doing yoga, and tasting wine.
